I play it cos im addicted lol but also like to make progress.

How do you see your role in raids? What abilities do you use and briefly describe your rotations/priority system.
As a ranged dps, my rotation? as in what buttons i push to dps? -.-
VT, SWP, MB, MF till i can MB again.. renew dots etc.


Explain in detail what talents and glyphs you are using and why.
Fade - because i tend to overaggro
Levitate - i like to speed boost
Mind blast - to stun mobs is always nice.

You are asking me questions I already gave an answer to.. in my own short and fast way.

I joined you because you were looking for new people for your guild. And I was like 'HEYYY... they are doing 25m normal.. let me try these guys out! Because my guild wasn't really raiding ( only flexi ) over n over again and I got flexied OUT lol.

"Tell us a bit about you?"
I live together with my partner in Amsterdam am 30 years old. Working and part time school so really busy. When asked to fill in stuff like this twice I do get a bit cranky .. now u know me a bit better!

"Recent previous guilds and why you left them?"
I have been in many guild. Their names? Not important, not gonna gossip about any guild. When I left .. the reason usually was they are either too quiet or noody ever comes online anymore cos they kinda ended and everyone moved and split up. My previous guild.. I left them because they were only ding flexi's and wiping over n over again.. I didn't see any improvement for a long time. Because they have their main 10 man team for normal SoO, the rest of us were stuck doing flexi's, it wasn't well organized. Sometimes 1 or 2 people from the main team 10 man came to help us out, sometimes they didn't, then it was a def wipe. Got sick of it!

I like making progress in whatever I do, so I like raiding, besides thsat i have lot of ALT's trying to get them geared up as well when i have the time. I like to play wow because it relaxes me, takes my mind off of other things.

I have a few questions.

Have you read the raid rules and guild rules thoroughly?

We have very distinct meanings of farm raiders and progress raiders, and we require alot of our progress raiders as we strive to get heroic bosses down.

Which one are you?

IF you're applying for progress raider, I have the following, otherwise just ignore it:
To be honest, if you get cranky of elaborating yourself, I'm a bit worried of how would you will handle these following hypothetical scenarios:
After 30 wipes on a boss, I tell you do X instead of Z for the 5th time.
We lack DPS in the raid, you're performing below average. I give you constructive criticism and advice how to improve yourself, what do you do with it?
We lack DPS in the raid, you're performing below average. Raid leader swaps you out for a stronger DPS. Is that fine with you?
If you're performing below average, and you want to be on progress raid team, I expect you to get your stuff together and improve instead of ALT'ing etc.

If you can handle things like that above, you're welcome by all means on the progress team
